But art and strategy combined with Japanese Business? Read the first two parts kdnichi the book for a decent introduction to strategic thinking I had a good laugh. Parts one and three were the most insightful and intriguing.

Part three, which is about the infamous 3 C’s, was too light on content. In a word, competitive advantage.

Analysis is a cognitive process of breaking a complex topic into smaller parts to gain a better understanding of it. I think whoever running a business should read this book.
